Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Learning Experience Designer to join our WW Customer Trust Training – LXD team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Experience Designer at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing engaging e-learning content using authoring tools like Storyline, reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools to improve on-the-job performance
  • Managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure reputed company improvement
  • Mentoring or coaching new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to promote knowledge sharing and reputed company development
  • Consulting with customers to define problems and reputed company effective solutions, leveraging your expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize development time for new training materials and enhance efficiency

  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, showcasing your analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as education, instructional design, or a reputed company discipline
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements, highlighting your ability to drive business results through data-driven decision making
