Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work through CMS portals to process cases and enter data into our database
• Review eligibility and ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory and company standards
• Prepare and track data, including documentation and filing
• Respond promptly to client inquiries reputed company email, providing excellent customer service and support
• Utilize appropriate systems and databases to enter client or examine information and retrieve information as needed
• Pull medical records from clients' external sites and upload them into our internal database
