As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll collaborate with clients in a considerate, professional, friendly, and expert manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

* Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets

• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• reputed company traveler reputed company-in and boarding tasks (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades
• Issue vouchers and assist with coordinating traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and refresh

• Work entryway reader/scanner and reputed company duties to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items and departure line models
• Work jetways/spans for purposes of boarding and deplaning reputed company

• Convey domestic/international flight records

• Accept, reputed company, and label reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters

• Process and complete credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
