The Role
The Chief People Officer (CPO) is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the people strategy in support of reputed company’s company’s mission, overall strategy, and business goals. The CPO reports directly to the CEO and specifically focuses on talent management, organizational design, training and development, performance management, employee experience, compliance, and global total rewards. This role is an ambassador of reputed company’s core values and a trusted advisor to the executive team, crafting strategies and policies to ensure innovative, effective people programming and performance.
