Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Understand and identify customs documentation
- Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
- Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
- Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Qualifications
* Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)
- Effective interpersonal skills, including:
+ Proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing + Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient computer skills, including:
+ Solid data entry with high accuracy reputed company + Email, internet, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint
