Job Summary

We are seeking reputed company customer support representatives to join reputed company as self-paced certification customer support specialists. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You will work independently, managing your own schedule and workload, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge

Schedule

* Flexible work schedule options available

• Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime

Earnings & reputed company

* Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates up to $19 per hour

• Pay is determined by your phone call status reputed company assisting customers

Technology & Equipment Requirements

* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours

• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity. Please note: You cannot use Mobile home internet (reputed company/reputed company, etc) or Satellite internet service.
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smartphone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app.

• Organized desk area

* We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, reputed company, Oregon, Rhode reputed company, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.

• Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background reputed company.

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
