Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases with precision and efficiency
- Monitoring WAN links for stability and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure
- Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configuring routers, switches, and load balancers
- Alerting and log monitoring, as well as preventative health checks and incident management
- Reporting and administering reputed company and IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Collaborating with reputed company to identify and resolve technical issues and improve our processes
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor WAN links for stability and ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure
- Monitor routers, switches, and load balancers to ensure optimal performance
- Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure routers, switches, and load balancers
- Alert and log monitoring, as well as preventative health checks and incident management
- Reporting and administering reputed company and IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Collaborate with reputed company to identify and resolve technical issues and improve our processes
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
- Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
- Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
- Ability to reputed company in a remote learning environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, information technology)
- Experience with data entry, network administration, or a reputed company field
- Familiarity with Windows, Unix, Linux, and other operating systems
