Job Overview

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on analyzing and solving customer problems.
• 6 months of experience working in a call center environment.
• Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
