Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Performance Data Analyst to join reputed company, providing measurement and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival commerce. As a Performance Analyst, you will engage in forecasting, root-cause analysis, processing, quality assurance, and reputed company business analysis, as well as providing analytical support to local operations and partners across the division. This includes development, management, measurement, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
• Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and conduct analyses from start to finish
• Build presentations and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support multiple applications

Measurement and Analytics

Essential Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
