A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you'll be working diligently with customers to provide solutions, answer general customer service questions, and drive customer satisfaction for our clients. Your day will be filled with:

• Providing expert troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues
• Answering service-reputed company questions, including billing inquiries and product enhancement opportunities
• Focusing on reputed company resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues

Brand Champion Skillset

* 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
• Excellent Communications skills
• Desire to actively engage and listen to customers

• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and reputed company, and apply those learnings in real-time

Work from Home Equipment Requirements
