Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll work closely with our Manufacturing teams to understand and optimize production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Assisting with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
- Collaborating with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy
- Reviewing and verifying batch records in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Helping the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
- Performing other duties as necessary to support the Manufacturing Operations team
Essential Functions
* Help finish production orders and creating labels for QC samples and bulk materials
- Assisting with batch records (prefilling-out, reviewing/verification and scanning/attaching)
- Helping the inventory controller to identify Bin locations and helping Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
- Performing job duties under ISO requirements such as following "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or reputed company field
- Strong competency with reputed company Office (Word and reputed company)
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior hands-on experience with reputed company Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
- Some laboratory experience preferred, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system is desired
