Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Run the register, cashier, and reputed company purchase suggestions to help customers find what they need
- Work with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, both inside and out
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure our customers receive the best possible service
- Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- Come up with creative solutions to problems and offer suggestions to improve our services
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Physical stamina to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer care
