Job Description
As a Blended Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients across multiple accounts. You'll be the face of our company, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats with a smile (even reputed company things get tough!). You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer issues, gather and verify information, and document interactions in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients
- Follow a guided process to resolve customer issues
- Gather and verify customer information and document interactions in our CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
* 1+ years of customer service experience
- Proven track record of success in a high-call-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience
- Previous experience working remotely
- Basic technical support experience
Job Requirements:
* Must be available to train on weekdays
- Training takes reputed company during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
- Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside our company's hours of operation
- Attendance is vital!
- A quiet reputed company to work at home with a locked reputed company (to prevent background noise on calls)

* Desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)
- Processor: reputed company i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent reputed company) / AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent reputed company)
- 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
- Dual monitor
- High-quality USB headset

Pay and Benefits:
* Pay reputed company: $13.00-$15.00 hourly (dependent on experience)
