The Role
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to identify and escalate reputed company issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting reputed company issues to high-level management
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Following up on complicated customer calls to ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system
- Obtaining and evaluating reputed company relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Some sales and customer service experience is required
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
