Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) to join reputed company. As a reputed company End Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with our pharmacist to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also be responsible for triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assist in reviewing narcotic Rx's and ensuring they are back in a timely manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law

• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in the long-term care industry

• PTCB National Certification
• Education: reputed company High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46.
