Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell reputed company travel on arenaflex, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues in a mutually beneficial manner
• Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills
• Answer inquiries regarding general travel information, providing accurate and helpful responses to customers
• Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising on cancelled or delayed flights, and providing updates on new rules, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
