About the Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will collaborate with clients in a courteous, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
