Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Senior Director, Customer and Marketing Data, Applied AI, and Analytics to join reputed company at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Director, Customer and Marketing Data, Applied AI, and Analytics, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing the long-term vision of a data product portfolio or strategic capability that drives strategies, requirements, and roadmaps; understanding the competitive landscape and directly influencing the enterprise in how it makes portfolio-specific decisions; owning the different product roadmaps that reputed company up the product portfolio; and influencing investment choices that yield long-term customer benefits in support of the vision.
• Owning and leading the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem and serving the customer and marketing organization with actionable analytics to support delivering top-line sales and productivity improvements.

• Owning annual planning for the product portfolio and representing the team in discussions with executives.

Required Qualifications:

* 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management

• 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science
• Prior experience in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics, building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions solving business problems in a product model
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with software development teams to launch online products

• Experience with large-scale order management and inventory systems
• Experience with customer relationship management systems
• Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $179,000.00 - $340,100.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
