Job Summary

As an application supervisor in our L&D team, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of training programs for our customer service representatives. This will include creating and maintaining training plans, developing learning content, and facilitating training sessions. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our outsourced call center partners and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality service to our subscribers.
