The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with valued sellers and customers who have reputed company orders through the arenaflex exchange. You will take calls and respond to emails on a broad range of event and order-reputed company questions, working to ensure that both our sellers and customers receive exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and professional support, resolving issues reputed company and effectively.

Role Expectations and Progression

As a Customer Service Associate, your role expectations will reputed company significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's an overview of what you can expect:

Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)

* Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to understand how arenaflex operates and the live event industry.

• Learn about ticket marketplaces, how they operate, and your role in providing great experiences for customers.
• reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.

Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)

* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.

• Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
• Navigate the order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.

Seller Operations Associate (90 days in)

* Play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals.

• Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Environment and Schedule

arenaflex is located in Coppell, TX, and offers a hybrid work model. The first 4 weeks of employment will be spent in the office for training, which is paid and reputed company-inclusive. After the training period, you'll work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The work hours are:

• 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off.
• 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility. You'll also receive bi-annual bonuses and an annual equity grant. Any hours worked over 40 per week are eligible for overtime pay.
