Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Run the register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment

• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a reputed company field

• A strong work ethic, with a commitment to regular and predictable onsite attendance

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reputed company, and manipulate objects with hands
• Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or reputed company and remove signs, with a focus on eye-hand coordination and safety
