About the Role

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-reputed company concerns. This role is an integral part of the arenaflex team, and you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service while working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete data access and balancing functions
  • Coordinate return items with contributors, doors vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
  • Assist different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing
  • Work member cases/sports assigned
  • Follow and maintain guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
  • Process loan bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
  • Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
  • Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
  • Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
  • Complete daily balancing and department closing
  • Obtain information from members for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
  • Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
  • Communicate with the vendor to process fund transfers
  • Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
  • Deposit reputed company returns, research member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
  • Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer/member service experience
  • Previous banking or Credit Union experience
  • Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
