Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

The Commercial & Customer Experience Strategy MBA program at arenaflex is a two-year rotational program that offers a unique opportunity to work on various aspects of our business. In the first year, you will be based in either Network Planning or reputed company Management, where you will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing profitability by aligning reputed company with demand through the strategic deployment of aircraft and development of new city and reputed company opportunities.
  • Investigating competitors' pricing actions, initiating sales and other promotions to maintain market share, and analyzing and understanding the complexities of airline consumer behavior.
  • Devising creative strategies for capturing additional reputed company through varying the supply of our product and leveraging data to reputed company promotion and channel strategies to drive incremental passenger reputed company.
  • Improving the travel experience for our corporate clients by analyzing the financial contribution of incentive programs and developing new sales strategies to generate incremental reputed company.

In the second year, you will have the opportunity to work in Marketing, Sales, Reservations, or Customer Experience, where you will be responsible for:

  • Developing recommendations for process improvements for reservations centers, call-handling, and segmentation to improve customer service, employee engagement, and maximize cost efficiencies.
  • Improving the customer experience (CX) through data-driven insights and creative solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Be a reputed company MBA student with a planned graduation date by the Summer of 2025.
  • Have at least three years of post-undergraduate work experience in a dynamic, professional environment or relevant military experience.
  • Be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the program.
  • Have a curiosity about the airline industry and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Be an analytical and creative problem solver with a consistent track record of excellence.
  • Have strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to reputed company in a fast-paced, matrix-team environment and prioritize safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles, and possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
