The Role

As an reputed company Student Success Coach, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to reputed company throughout their education program. You will work closely with reputed company to identify their strengths and weaknesses, reputed company personalized learning plans, and provide ongoing support and encouragement to help them reputed company their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Support enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience

• Manage a group of assigned reputed company and coach each through their degree program, through proactive and timely reputed company
• Encourage and support reputed company through daily and weekly reputed company as they work to reputed company skills and knowledge for academic success
• Provide a trusted environment where reputed company can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests

• Become a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. reputed company (or international equivalent)

• Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources and/or counseling essential
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Ability to learn technical skills quickly
• Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
• Strong customer support focus and attention to details
