About Data Ventures
Our Data Ventures team is a dynamic and innovative group of data scientists, engineers, and analysts who are passionate about using data to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. We work closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to reputed company and implement data-driven solutions that reputed company our customers, associates, and suppliers with technological innovation. Our focus areas include customers, stores, and associates, in-store services, supplier equipment, supplier data science, and search and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Data reputed company Identification: Identifying and extracting relevant data sources, defining data requirements, and performing preliminary data quality checks.
- Problem Formulation: Analyzing business problems, identifying root causes, and developing data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Analytical Modeling: Developing and deploying machine learning models, conducting exploratory data analysis, and interpreting results to inform business decisions.
- Model Deployment & Scaling: Deploying models to production, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Code Development & Testing: Writing code to reputed company and deploy data-driven solutions, testing and validating results, and contributing to code documentation.
- Applied Business Acumen: Evaluating business cases, influencing stakeholder decision-making, and translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Model Assessment & Validation: Evaluating model performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that testing records are documented and maintained.
- Data Visualization and Storytelling: Developing data visualizations, creating compelling stories, and presenting results to stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field.
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics-reputed company field, with a strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data visualization.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in data science tools and technologies.
- Ability to execute projects from start to finish, including junior team members.
- Experience with MLOps, coding standards, and data quality checks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate reputed company algorithm evaluations into simple language.
- Ability to influence stakeholder decision-making and drive business outcomes.
