Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Care and Sales Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns
• Explaining device capabilities, wireless reputed company data, product offerings, and company policies
• Meeting sales goals and growing from feedback and coaching
• Selling arenaflex smart home and other products on every call
• Directly connected to PPX incentives
• Spending 4-8 hours daily working at a computer
• Escalating calls appropriately reputed company needed
• Participating in 3-4 weeks of in-class training, additional 2-4 weeks of floor training directly reputed company with peers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
• Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance
• Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
• A passing hiring assessment (soft reputed company scenario modeling and product knowledge)
• Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
• Including but not limited to Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, reputed company iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications
