The Role
As a part-time remote chat sales agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing live chat conversations with customers on our clients' websites and social media pages. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer support and drive sales growth by answering incoming inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and promoting our clients' products or services. You'll work independently, using your own device and internet reputed company to access our live chat platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage live chat conversations with customers on our clients' websites and social media pages
