Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with 2 years of college or higher education preferred
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-reputed company role, with medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience highly desirable
- Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus, as are knowledge of provider organizations and networks, CMS Medicare reimbursement rates, and medical terminology
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with reputed company applications and excellent data entry and typing skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
