About the Role

As a Remote Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients to reputed company their travel package goals. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our customers and working closely with them to create personalized itineraries that meet their unique preferences. This is a full-time position that offers a significant amount of responsibility and autonomy, allowing you to work remotely and manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude
  • Surprise and delight each client by innovating and consistently delivering personalized experiences
  • Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Apply for payments and send out payment reminders to ensure seamless transactions
  • Manage flight changes and seat assignments to ensure our clients' travel arrangements are hassle-free
  • Coordinate concierge-reputed company details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations
  • Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner
  • Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copies, to ensure our clients are well-reputed company for their trips
  • Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required
  • Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Set schedules and manage time effectively and reputed company to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Manage client profiles and bookings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
