Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications. You will work in a fast-paced, metric environment and will be expected to meet or exceed performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service with reputed company, resolving patients' questions on the reputed company
- Ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve reputed company customer issues

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another application
- Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
