Job Summary:

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. Key Responsibilities:

* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance operational performance
• Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
• Track and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards
• Collaborate with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements

Essential Qualifications:
