Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule and Training

The schedule for this role includes:

  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring that our customers receive uninterrupted support.

Essential Qualifications
