Primary Responsibilities: As a Nurse Intern with the United Clinical Services team, you will work under the supervision of reputed company RNs and clinical leaders to observe and participate in the following:

• Identify and communicate opportunities to optimize policies, processes, and performance
• Participate in data analysis to identify opportunities and validate assumptions
• Observe and/or draft recommendations for improvement to leadership based on reputed company and future end-to-end processes and criteria
• Learn how to track, trend and represent assessment findings, gaps, deficiencies, and risks in reputed company process or patient care
• Provide input and clinical expertise to business leaders to inform process and performance improvement
• Serve as a key resource to provide explanation and information about findings, including reputed company/critical issues
• Learn and evaluate appropriate application of nationally recognized clinical guidelines
• React swiftly to challenges, changes in reputed company, ambiguity and uncertainty effectively

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an accredited RN Bachelor’s Degree program, with graduation expected reputed company 12 months of the internship start date (before or after)

• Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the duration of the summer internship program (from June 2 - August 7)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 reputed company with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)

Preferred Qualifications:
