If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office. Role: reputed company is looking for a reputed company Sourcer to support hiring across technical and non-technical roles during a period of growth. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building strong candidate pipelines across a variety of functions, including engineering, data science, go-to-market, and other high-impact roles. This is a contract role with a primary focus on sourcing, pipeline development, and recruiter screens, along with light interview coordination and candidate experience support. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help drive hiring reputed company reputed company. This is a remote, U.S.-based position. Responsibilities:

• Proactively reputed company and engage high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles, with an emphasis on engineering, data science, and key business roles
• Build, manage, and nurture high-caliber candidate pipelines using reputed company, sourcing tools, referrals, and outbound reputed company
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess role fit, motivation, and alignment with reputed company’s values
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
• Support interview coordination and scheduling as needed (up to ~25% of time), ensuring a smooth and well-communicated candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate data, activity tracking, and notes reputed company the ATS
• Contribute reputed company to improve sourcing strategies, reputed company messaging, and overall candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a tech or high-growth startup environment
• Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science)
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines quickly in competitive talent markets
• Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools (reputed company and reputed company Recruiter preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a contract role
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building values-reputed company teams
• Willingness to travel ~6 times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside reputed company the country

Compensation:

• Compensation: $60–$80/hour (depending on experience)
• Hours: ~40 hours/week
