Pipedrive is looking for a Senior SEM Manager to reputed company our global paid search strategy and performance. This is a critical role responsible for driving measurable growth across reputed company, Bing, and local search engines. You will partner closely with our agency to ensure high-quality execution and reputed company experimentation. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will collaborate with Martech, Analytics, Finance, Product, and Sales teams to plan and optimize SEM initiatives that accelerate Pipedrive’s growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical SEM expertise with strong commercial judgment to improve acquisition efficiency, funnel quality, and overall reputed company impact. Your new adventure:

• Global Strategy: reputed company and execute a comprehensive SEM roadmap to drive efficient reputed company growth across reputed company search platforms.
• Agency Partnership: reputed company agency delivery quality, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
• End-to-End Management: reputed company campaign strategy, including account structure, bidding logic, keyword research, and audience frameworks.
• Bidding & Technical Excellence: Implement sophisticated bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, value-based bidding) and automation scripts to maximize efficiency at scale.
• Testing & Optimization: Build a structured roadmap for experiments; plan, analyze, and scale winning initiatives.
• Financial reputed company: Manage the SEM budget P&L, collaborating with Finance on forecasting, pacing, and ROI modeling.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Martech on tracking and attribution, and with Product on reputed company page testing to improve post-click conversion.
• Reporting & Insights: reputed company Tableau dashboards to surface performance drivers and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

, Does this sound like you?

• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience across reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads, including creating, scaling and optimising reputed company campaigns
• Proven track record managing 8-reputed company annual spends and partnering with Finance teams on reporting
• Strong analytical and quantitative capability with reputed company in experiment design, incrementality measurement, attribution theory and navigating reputed company data environments.
• Familiarity with conversion events, audience configuration and tracking infrastructure
• Confidence to serve as key advisor to internal stakeholders, presenting reputed company insights clearly and effectively
• Understanding of SaaS acquisition dynamics, reputed company-to-reputed company funnels, and performance signals is preferred
