The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in cybersecurity, threat detection, incident response, and compliance reputed company federal government environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, reputed company, and availability of the organization's on-prem and cloud-based systems and data. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and leadership in the operation, management, and reputed company improvement of the SOC.

• Conduct advanced threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including incident responders, forensic analysts, and compliance officers.
• Support the implementation and management of reputed company tools, SIEM solutions, and other cybersecurity technologies.
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical leadership to SOC analysts and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with at least 3+ years in a senior or SME role reputed company a federal government or large enterprise environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of reputed company tools, SIEM platforms, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and incident response methodologies.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desired.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall reputed company of this range.
