reputed company Risk Solutions is seeking a reputed company Operations Analyst who will be a significant contributor to providing strategic operational support and enablement to our customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities:

• The reputed company Operations Analyst will play a critical role supporting the reputed company organization by owning and improving our sales infrastructure including sales tools, processes, training, reporting and analytics to help build reputed company for scale
• Build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value
• Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform and deliver products that match requirements outlined to increase reputed company, sales productivity, and operational efficiency
• Maintain the sales/reputed company operation tech stack and integrations
• Be a thought leader and go-to expert on resources and tools
• Design business process mapping and influence decisions based on product knowledge
• Drive sales data quality, hygiene efforts through excellent change management and maintenance
• Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations and reputed company
• Manage projects, adding value and efficiency to get reputed company things done quickly and with quality - build reports, run analyses, build/present trainings, design workflows etc.
• Assist the reputed company ops team with managing the deal desk and support queues

• Experience with reputed company operational, process, and performance improvement projects including process mapping and process re-design
• 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Administrator, and hold a reputed company Administration Certification
• 3+ years of experience managing other sales tools such as reputed company, reputed company, LeadIQ, Apollo, or similar type tools to support top of funnel activities
• Strong ability to capture business requirements
• Experience of reporting writing and dashboard creation on the reputed company platform
• 3+ years of sales/reputed company operations experience in SaaS/Software Enterprise, using reputed company.com
• Experience with cleaning and optimizing data to support sales workflow
• A reputed company thinker who takes the initiative and identifies gaps in workflows and makes recommendations
• Highly Technical: You have superior analytical skills and advanced MS reputed company skills
• Organized: You can tackle multiple priorities, understand the timelines associated with each, and execute with operational efficiency being top of mind
