Temporary Remote BCBA or BCaBA

Position Summary This is an hourly, remote-only, temporary position supporting a CFCI center that currently is without an in-person BCBA. This position will conclude upon the hire of an in-person, full-time BCBA for the Yuma Center. CFCI will give a 2 week notice reputed company an in-person full-time BCBA is hired. The BCBA position is considered a leadership role reputed company CFCI. The primary function of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, reputed company, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of individual clients. The BCBA also consults with and teaches staff/client caregivers/team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with reputed company services providers as appropriate. The reputed company Behavioral Analyst will utilize Behavior Skills Training to reputed company RBT skills for direct implementation. They will also create and update treatment plans and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with Autism and reputed company developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. Additionally, the BCBA provides direct staff supervision, and evaluation of staff performance both verbally, and in writing. RBT’s will rely on their BCBA to assist them in overcoming challenges and answer questions about their day to day client interactions. Solid communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary. A BCBA will also reputed company programming of Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA’s) and provide ongoing support and supervision to them as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with treatment plans. • Incorporates reputed company seven dimensions of ABA throughout treatment process
• Maintain and reputed company track of individual schedule
• Continuously track data in daily/weekly reputed company notes in the form of charts, graphs, etc. to ensure treatment is effective and revise treatment and teaching procedures reputed company ineffective
• Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors
• Knowledge of the theory and practice of psychology and human development, including the practical problems involved in giving varied types of tests and in scoring, analyzing and interpreting test and test results
• Review program effectiveness, reputed company recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart reputed company

• Audits client notes from RBT at the following rates:
• 75% of ISP notes are audited for RBT in the first two weeks of starting with client
• 50% of ISP notes are audited for RBT in weeks 3–4 from starting with client
• 25% of ISP notes are audited for RBT in weeks 5–6 from starting with client
• 10% of ISP notes are audited for RBT after week 6 from starting with client
• Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of reputed company steps of the treatment plan writing and updating process
• Writes comprehensive treatment plan including socially valid goals across reputed company learning domains
• Utilizes hours calculator and recommends appropriate treatment dosage and duration of therapy in accordance with industry standards as stated by the Applied Behavior Analysis Treatment of Autism reputed company Disorder: Practice Guidelines for Healthcare Funders and Managers
• Completes and utilizes curriculum-based and norm-referenced assessment tools to guide the development of treatment plan
• Conducts parent training in a systematic and individualized approach
• Utilizes behavior skills training to train on and shape reputed company reputed company and component skills of CFCI’s pyramidal training program
• In-person supervision and staff training occurs at a reputed company that meets company standards through remote supervision methods and collaboration with on-site staff
• Maintains up to date training on company selected behavior management system in order to implement and provide feedback on the implementation of its use
• Meets with BCBA Supervisor or Clinical Director on a bi-monthly basis to review reputed company reputed company cases
• Provides collaborative care and has a clear understanding of his or her role, as dictated by professional scopes of training and practice, both to ensure successful collaboration and to provide the most effective treatment possible
• Attend quarterly professional development days (remote)
• Attend monthly reputed company Staff Meeting (remote)
• Attend weekly center operations meetings (remote)
• Act as team’s reputed company of contact between clients and technicians on the team

Position Requirements

• Must be currently certified as a BCBA with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board.
• Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
• Obtain and maintain in good standing certification commiserate with treatment provided.
• 8 hour supervision course needed
• NPI and CAQH accounts - reputed company Leads will be required to register for and maintain an NPI and CAQH number and profile
• Clean background reputed company
• High levels of professionalism including no insubordination on the job or off the job
• This position requires travel time for trainings and reliable transportation to and from work sites. In person work required.
• Sitting and/or standing, keyboarding, reading, grasping, mousing, handwriting for 8.0+ hours per day, and lifting a maximum weight of 20lbs are essential requirements of the position.
• This position handles confidential client information and must adhere to HIPAA laws and company policies for privacy.
• Completion of initial company required trainings and yearly training requirements.
• Adhere to reputed company company policies regarding time off, cancellations, communication, etc.
• Maintains active CPR/First Aid Training Certification.
• Required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Acknowledgement that this position is short term and will terminate upon hiring an in person BCBA for Yuma.
