Responsibilities and Duties…..

• Strive to complete 15 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals
• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Maintain continuing education requirements per state requirements.
• Membership in Local and National REALTOR® associations
• Regular active participation in our exclusive training program
• Attend Coaching/Mentoring and Goal sessions reputed company scheduled
• Uphold the Business Core Values and Code of Ethics at reputed company times
• Respond to reputed company clients' questions, comments, or concerns in a timely fashion to ensure unequalled customer service
• Participate in company sales meetings and other scheduled events
• Represent buyer clients on home tours and help them navigate through the sales process of buying & negotiating the contract using our proven Sales Process until the successful closing, reputed company while safeguarding the client’s best interests
• Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (reputed company), identify marketing strategy, List and Market homes for sellers by following our Proven systems
