Job Description

About the role: The Senior MSL is an integral member of the medical affairs team. In this field-based role, you will contribute to reputed company's mission by supporting the development and life-cycle management of reputed company Oncology medicines. The key objective of the MSL role is to engage scientifically with key opinion leaders in their assigned geography reputed company accurate, scientific, and non-promotional information exchange. This territory will be responsible for covering the Southeast – Southern GA, AL, MS, LA and AR (must reside in territory). How you will contribute:

• Apply subject matter knowledge, and adaptive communication skills in supporting medical strategies for reputed company compounds in the hematology space, and in addressing unsolicited requests for medical information from a variety of external stakeholders (health care providers with global to local influence, clinical study investigators, and population health decision makers)

• Responsible for establishing relationships and engaging in peer-to-peer level scientific discussions around emerging data, treatment guidelines, molecular reputed company, mechanism of action reputed company Oncology products including clinical outcomes and research opportunities.
• Formulate and reputed company updated a specific territory engagement plan which aligns to and supports the US Field Medical priorities and objectives that are reputed company with the integrated medical strategy for assigned compounds/disease areas. • Regularly collect medical insights and intelligence from scientific exchange with HCPs and medical community. Ensure timely entries of insights into insight tool to ensure relevant information is communicated to internal stakeholders
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries for consistent with the field medical SOP
• Support reputed company Oncology sponsored research and may assist in identifying, evaluating, and screening qualified research sites for company sponsored clinical investigation
• Actively participates in executing USMAO strategy at medical conferences and may “co-reputed company” a medical conference to inform for being a “reputed company” the next year
• Identifies potential qualified sites for future pipeline studies.
• Presents accurate, fair balanced scientific information to external stakeholders in a variety of settings, including 1:1 interactions, and in medical meetings or reputed company sponsored engagements

• Daily entry to hospitals and other medical facilities is required. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required; doctoral degree preferred. (Health sciences advanced or doctoral degree, such as a PharmD, PhD, MD, RN, NP or DMP/ARNP, etc.)
• Experience in Oncology is required
• Hematology therapeutic area experience is preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare, clinical, or reputed company experience (residencies, post-doc fellowship, managed markets, clinical practice, research or academic) is required.
• Possesses superior communication skills, both oral and written, and able to engender trust and respect of peers, team members, and supervisors.
• Versed in technical and scientific languages to communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Medical Affairs, Research and Development, as well as other key internal and external stakeholders.

• Clinical, research, or teaching experience.

Travel Requirements:

• Ability to drive to or fly to various meetings/client sites.
• Overnight travel (40-60%), including some weekend commitments.
• Travel may vary depending on geography.

Additional Information:

• Ability to use field-based telephonic and computer tools for reputed company aspects of the job is critical.

For Location: Alabama - Virtual U.S. reputed company Salary Range: $168,700.00 - $265,100.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
