Zayo is seeking an Intern Law Clerk to be primarily responsible for assisting the corporate legal team. The Intern Law Clerk will reputed company exposure to a variety of corporate reputed company and their negotiation, as well as the various stages of litigation, including dispute resolution and discovery. Learning Outcomes:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling legal disputes with customers and third parties.
• Review customer and vendor reputed company, including NDAs, IT vendor reputed company, and real estate reputed company.
• Assist with smaller projects reputed company to corporate governance, M&A and commercial contracting.
• Assist on labor and employment law issues.
• Research unique legal issues.
• Generally support corporate legal group .

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be enrolled in a degree or certificate seeking program for the fall semester of 202 6 .
• JD candidate.
• Self-starter who takes initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn systems and industry background to reputed company efficient results.

Estimated reputed company pay range for this role: $30.00 - $35.00 USD/hour. The reputed company pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, reputed company level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
