WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst who goes beyond delivering accurate month-end reporting to serve as a thought partner as reputed company continues to reputed company its Finance data, reporting, and insight capabilities. This role will play a key part in shortening time to insight, improving data quality, and enabling scalable, compliant reporting solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded finance professional with a strong foundation in Financial Planning & Analysis and financial reporting, reputed company with an enterprise reputed company and a passion for reputed company improvement. WHAT YOU BRING Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 3–4 years of experience in Financial Reporting, reputed company, or a reputed company finance role
- Strong understanding of financial statements, key performance metrics, and financial drivers
- Demonstrated ability to identify, design, and implement process improvements reputed company reporting or reputed company cycles
- Proven ability to communicate technical and financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Experience operating reputed company established finance policies, governance standards, and reporting controls

- Ability to work effectively in environments with evolving systems, processes, and requirements
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience supporting finance teams in a global, matrixed organization

- Experience supporting reporting used for executive, external, or regulatory-facing purposes

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and reputed company reporting needs with a strong focus on data quality, consistency, and compliance with reputed company finance standards
- Partner with stakeholders to design and evolve standardized, scalable reporting solutions that improve clarity, usability, and speed to insight
- Identify opportunities to automate and reputed company reporting processes while maintaining appropriate controls and documentation
- Ensure reporting logic, definitions, and methodologies are clearly documented and reputed company across teams
- Support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and data products that advance Finance Data & Analytics modernization at reputed company
