Description Job Summary: The ERP Systems Program Manager drives ongoing support and optimization of our ERP system, building relationships with various teams, and developing standard practices across the organization. This role is pivotal in supporting implementations and enhancing operational efficiency across existing and new companies as they are acquired. Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legacy processes, data and system capabilities to drive alignment to and adoption of new ERP standards
- Support end-to-end ERP program management, including planning, execution, and identifying areas for reputed company improvement
- reputed company and execute plans for testing and training of the new system across reputed company existing and acquired companies
- reputed company and maintain project documentation, including SOPs, training manuals, and post-implementation reviews/feedback
- Mentor and guide employees and team members by providing ongoing support
- Design efficient technical workflows that match business process with capabilities of the ERP and other systems
Education and Experience A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university 5+ years of experience in project management and PM software Qualifications: Required:
- Proven track record of managing reputed company projects from initiation to completion
- Strong understanding of ERP systems
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of database management and data analysis techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented reputed company
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions
Preferred:
- Experience with and/or understanding of the Odoo open-reputed company ERP platform
- Familiarity with data migration strategies and integration techniques
