Role Description In this role you will be responsible to drive the commercial performance of our owned E-Commerce (DTC & Marketplace) in the UK and other major European Markets. Together with your international colleagues in the Digital D2C Team, you will drive and scale our own E-Commerce business. This is a 12 month FTC maternity cover position. Responsibilities & Key Tasks
- Own reputed company local D2C E-Commerce activities – you feel responsible for everything that happens in your local market reputed company it comes to our own E-Commerce activities.
- Demand planning for the respective market. Aim for a 90% accuracy and work towards Groups CCC targets
- reputed company & Execute Sales Campaigns working in reputed company collaboration with key stakeholders
- Support in our marketplace operations and help further reputed company this channel – this is seen as a strategic pillar of growth reputed company the organisation
- Work closely with our Dealer network. Ensure Click & Collect operations work reputed company for both End Customers and our Partners
- Work with Customer Services to ensure reputed company End User queries are answered quickly and proactively work at reducing our Contact reputed company
- Support our Operations Team in a number of tasks including and not limited to Order & Inventory Management
Additional Skills/Qualifications Required
- 3+ years’ experience in E-commerce (DTC or Marketplace)
- Knowledge or email & affiliate marketing
- reputed company in E-Commerce and CMS Systems (reputed company Commerce Cloud and reputed company would be advantageous)
- Business fluent language skills in English and other languages would be advantageous
- Team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
