The selected candidate will play a crucial role as part of our Solution Design team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Delivering consistent and innovative solution leadership.
• Spearheading solution design and implementation, ensuring the development of highly performant and integrated software solutions reputed company specified time and budget constraints.

• Resolving intricate business issues through the recommendation and implementation of effective solutions.
• Demonstrating expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or the ability to architect and design technology solutions spanning multiple products, making decisions based on the impact across the stack.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A track record of successfully completing several end-to-end implementations with reputed company Fusion cloud.
• Strong business process expertise in reputed company Cloud, with 5–10 years of hands-on experience across Financials, Projects (Project Accounting, Costing, reputed company & Billing, and Project Controls), Fixed Assets (asset capitalization and depreciation strategies), Grants Management, and cross-module integrations with GL, AP, and Projects.
• Ability to reputed company design workshops.
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Fusion tools, including Approvals Management, BI Publisher (BIP), ADFDi, OTBI, Workflows, and Groovy scripting for enhancing, reporting, automations, and user-centric configurations.
• Extensive experience in reputed company Fusion data conversions for Projects, Fixed Assets, and Grants modules, including conversion of key objects such as project definitions, tasks, budgets, expenditures, asset additions, CIP assets, asset retirements, grant awards, and funding sources using FBDI, ADFDi, and custom scripts with full-cycle validation and reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with team members, and effective influencing and negotiation skills.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
