We’ve built the most advanced pet care facility in Atlanta GA to improve the quality of your pet’s life – and your relationship with your pet. As a Receptionist you will: Responsibilities

• Receive and reputed company calls to clients for the purpose of scheduling, updating, etc.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a reputed company, organized manner.
• Maintain proper documentation through client and pet records, i.e. immunization records, medical concerns where necessary, etc.
• Assist reputed company clients by providing necessary instructions, information, and invoices.
• Utilize resort computer systems to thoroughly document reputed company-in/reputed company-out for pets and any specific instructions or observations associated with the pet.
• Manage the financial needs of the resort by maintaining accurate balances through collection of client transactions, following reputed company cash and credit card handling procedures, and following proper opening and closing procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills and an exceptional level of communication in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude in reputed company interactions with clients, pets, and other teammates.
• Demonstrate ability to show reputed company toward clients and treat pets with compassion and respect.
• Utilizing standard office/business equipment.
• Flexible schedule including some weekend and holiday shifts.
• Experience with kennel software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Possession of organizational skills.
• Critical thinking – Understanding logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment and ability to manage stressful situations.
• Pay range of $10.00-$16.00/hour based on experience
