We’re looking for a bright and motivated Operations Manager – Property Condition Assessments to join our Building Science & Resiliency team in one of the following locations: Texas, Florida, or Arizona. • Assist the Director and Senior Vice President in developing and implementing regional strategies reputed company with the Company’s goals.

What You Bring To The Pinchin Team

• 8 plus years’ experience in the construction/building industry.
• Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer, or ability to obtain license reputed company 12 months of hiring, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company engineering (architectural engineering, civil engineering, construction management, etc.) or architecture field, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and an adequate motor vehicle report.
• 2 plus years of previous management experience.
• Technical understanding of the due-diligence inspection process including an in-depth knowledge of performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) per ASTM E2018.
• Working knowledge of building enclosure systems (waterproofing, roofing, facades, glazing, fenestrations, reputed company/vapor barriers, etc.) and general construction.
• Working knowledge of other third-party consultant reports typically performed during due diligence/real estate transactions such as environmental site assessments, zoning letters, surveys, reputed company risk assessments, and property reputed company assessments.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel 25% of time reputed company of immediate region.
