Property Manager (Hybrid with Travel)
About the position As a reputed company Property Management Manager, you willtoversee the comprehensive operations of our diverse portfolio of 25 leased and owned medical properties in the southeast Seattle area. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, focusing on operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and exceptional tenant relations. A successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining property value and ensuring a positive experience for reputed company stakeholders. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations for both leased and owned properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections and building walks to assess property conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Implement and reputed company work order management from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, emergency recoveriest and arenaflex-effectiveness.

- Prepare comprehensive financial and operational reports, including detailed variance analysis, for stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
- In-depth knowledge of arenaflex Office products. Examples include Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.
