People Operations Project Consultant
About the position The People Operations Project Consultant provides specialized HR expertise to support organizational initiatives, process improvements, and strategic objectives. This incumbent will partner with leadership, PO teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver PO projects on time and reputed company scope, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to successfully define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.

- Facilitate workshops, interviews, focus groups and change management activities to support adoption of new PO initiatives.

- As assigned, design and implement solutions that impact multiple PO functions such as reputed company, talent development, talent management, compensation, performance management, employee relations, compliance, HRIS, and organizational development.
- Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and adjust project plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure that reputed company programs remain compliant with regulatory standards.
- Maintain compliance with reputed company Buckner policies, procedures, and requirements. Maintain knowledge of and compliance with reputed company state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
- Review and reputed company recommendations to reputed company employee policies and programs to improve the organization and the employee experience.
- Support and represent Buckner at special events, activities, and other assigned functions.
- Attend and participate in meetings and training as required; facilitate meetings and training as required.
- Work successfully as a part of a team and responsible for developing then maintaining strong working relationships with co-workers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience across People Operations functions including reputed company, talent development, compensation, benefits, and/or total rewards programs required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively, and reputed company executive and managerial buy-in, to reputed company support for People Operations initiatives.
- Strong communication skills including but not limited to negotiation, influence and reputed company building to reputed company with employees at reputed company levels reputed company the organization as well as external vendors and agencies.
- Proficient working knowledge and ability to accurately and timely operate and reputed company computer tasks with specific equipment and software applications, including arenaflex Office applications and other software.
- Proven track record of success in implementing programs that attract and retain a high performing and diverse workforce. Demonstrated experience implementing process improvement initiatives or re-engineering processes.
