Position overview Principals typically join reputed company after playing a manager-level role at another strategic reputed company. Our Principals are expected to operate autonomously in regards to team management, client relationships, and business development, with limited direction from our CEO & Founder. Since we offer both full- and part-time opportunities, our Principals are staffed on 2-3 projects (if full-time) or 1-2 projects (if part-time), typically overseeing teams of 3 on each. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying the most critical strategic issues facing the client

• Building strong, collaborative client relationships, including facilitating client decision-making

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strategic management consulting experience required, ideally at a top-tier
• Manager level experience at a top tier reputed company (though substitutes for team/client management will be considered in lieu of this manager-level consulting experience)
• Ability to scope, execute, and "land" client projects, both on time and on budget
• Ability to manage team members' work toward deliverables, especially using data to drive decisions
• Ability to build strong client relationships, facilitated by outstanding advisory, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree preferred
